The child comes first
Every session is built around the player in front of us, not a trophy cabinet. Progress is measured in confidence, not scorelines.

Soccer is the vehicle. Character is the destination.
Most youth soccer programs focus on winning. NIPPYS focuses on the child. We coach confidence, discipline and resilience into 6-9 year olds through the game they love. Older players train in the Advanced Academy.
Our mission
Soccer is the vehicle. Character is the destination.
Why NIPPYS
Every session is built around the player in front of us, not a trophy cabinet. Progress is measured in confidence, not scorelines.
Coaching in small groups means your child is seen, corrected and encouraged by name, in every single session.
Turning up on time, listening, trying again after a mistake. These are habits that show up in the classroom and at home.
Children who start shy end up asking for the ball. That shift is the point of the whole program.
First touch, dribbling, passing, balance and coordination, taught patiently at the age it matters most.
Kids learn fastest when they want to be there. Sessions are demanding and fun in the same breath.
You'll know what we worked on, how your child responded, and what we're building toward next.
Progress you can see
Every NIPPYS player starts with a baseline. We reassess as they train. Families see where the player began, where they are now, and what to work on next.
Where the player starts.
Weekly 60-minute technical sessions.
We repeat the same markers.
A clear picture for families.
Baseline → Current Performance → Progress → What to Work on Next
Skills we measure
The programs
Ages 6-9
The years where a child decides whether they love this game. We use that window to teach a confident first touch, a brave attitude and the discipline to keep going when something is hard.
Middle school, high school, and college players
For older players who want to sharpen real technique under real attention. We refine first touch, decision-making and composure without the pressure of tryouts or mandatory travel.

The coach
“I don’t coach children to win games. I coach them to believe they can.”
Coach Kuwam Bello grew up with a ball at his feet in Nigeria, where the game was played on whatever ground was available and the only currency was how hard you tried. That upbringing shaped how he sees young players: talent is everywhere, but confidence has to be built.
He brought that approach with him to the United States and founded NIPPYS Soccer School to serve families across the Northwest suburbs of Illinois, giving children something he values more than any result. It is the feeling of being good at something, and the discipline to get better at it.
